三味線教室 Shamisen Workshop for Beginners
Japanese middle sized Shamisen class (Not Tsugaru).
You can learn Japanese folk songs and popular songs. Waki Wacky, the teacher plays in the avant-garde rock band so if you are interested in using a Shamisen for non-traditional way, this is the class!
By the end of this class, you should be able to play one song.
If you're interested in bringing back shamisen, we'll be happy to introduce you some shamisen shop or second-hand instrument shops.

自由な着付け教室 Kimono Workshop
As many of you already know, 着物 kimono is a traditional Japanese dress.
Unfortunately it’s only worn for special occasions such as weddings, funerals and the traditional events these days. We love the traditional style kimono, but so much rules and parts are required which is why people can’t just enjoy wearing for outing.
In this workshop, we offer both styles to choose from: traditional and modern.
Not only for women and men but every beautiful people in between should enjoy kimono in their own styles. We have non-binary staffs and they wear female kimono with male style obi belts, and vice versa, out-of-the-box, so please felt free to tell us how you’d like to wear your kimono.
You can learn the how-to-wear kimono basics and bring back your choice of kimono so that you can keep wearing them whenever you like!
We can take your photos in the traditional tatami room with your phone. We can also show you the shopping streets and shrines in the neighborhood for you to stroll in kimono.

このワークショップでは、伝統的な着物とモダンスタイルの着物からお好きな方を選んで頂けます。男性、女性、ノンバイナリーやXジェンダーの方もぜひ。ノンバイナリーのスタッフ達は、女性用の着物に男性用の帯を合わせたり、自在に着こなしています。どんなイメージで着物を楽しみたいか、お気軽にご相談ください。
